Standard metallurgical specification for our dies meets high-grade, high chrome steel X46Cr13, tempered to 52-56 HRC.

Specific Hole Distribution
Our die is characterized by its special distribution of holes. The relative position and pattern of our die holes improve optimum capacity of the pellet mill. The unique hole distribution of the die ensures:

1. How long can one die work?

This depends many factors, especially the formulas and particle size of material. Aquatic feed contains lower fibre material, which is easier to pellet. Die lifespan is longer. Commonly, work life for aquatic feed die is 800-1000 working hours.

2. Can we use our own logo or design?

Yes, we accept OEM. We can show your logo on the dies (min. QTY 10pcs), and can customize woven bag package after you become our agency.
