Vacuum Heat treatment
Our own vacuum tempering furnace includes the latest technology. Ring Dies tempering quality is continuously sensed on-line. This allows for on-line tempering adjustments as required resulting in superior quality Ring Dies and optimum operational life for specific Die hole configurations. The furnace is suitable for dies up to 1.5 mm.

Die deformation after heat treatment

our dies are ground inside in order to eliminate any deformation (guaranteed maximum deformation 0.3-1mm after heat treatment, and 0.1-0.3mm after grinder process).

Test control

Whole production from blank material, to hole drilling, to heat treatment, to inspection, undergoes quality control. Certificates of analysis can be provided on request.
